Welchel Leadership Development Program

The Welchel Leadership Development Program (WELDP) is an opportunity designed to develop effective leaders who can take full responsibility for their actions and lead teams to success. It is a 8 month program starting in September, ending in April. We will dive into Jocko Willink and Leif Babin’s principles of “Extreme Ownership” ultimately allowing participants to grow, enhance and learn more about what contributes to effective leadership.
